Market Intelligence
$800–$1,300/day
Shortage Level: Critical
Key Skills Gap: Construction Managers who have delivered full EPCI offshore campaigns end-to-end; candidates often have either shallow-water or deepwater experience, rarely both; the leadership gap widens as experienced managers retire
Regions in Highest Demand: North Sea, Middle East, West Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia
Demand Drivers: Parallel surge in deepwater development and offshore wind installation; decommissioning campaigns requiring construction management skills; EPCI contractors competing for the same limited talent pool
