Manage integration of FPSO topside modules for a major offshore project in Tianjin. Requires hands-on experience with FPSO topside module integration and installation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage topside module integration for FPSO projects including structural, piping and E&I interfaces
Develop integration sequences and procedures for module installation and hook-up
Coordinate between module fabrication yards and FPSO hull integration site
Review and approve integration method statements and lifting plans
Monitor integration progress and resolve technical issues
Liaise with classification society and client representatives
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
Support mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural or Marine preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in FPSO topside integration
Hands-on experience with module installation and hook-up operations
Strong knowledge of offshore construction and installation methodologies
