Role Overview

This is an strategic position based in Singapore, working with Global Shipping & Logistics Group. The role requires expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM Audits, Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence. Full job description is available upon request.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance and operational excellence programs for offshore operations
• Develop and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001
• Conduct internal audits and manage corrective action programs
• Support operational excellence initiatives including process optimization and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and certification agencies
• Prepare quality reports and performance dashboards
• Manage document control and records management systems
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
• Minimum 8 years of quality management experience in oil & gas / offshore industry
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
• Experience with operational excellence frameworks
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Fixed-term contract availability
