Senior Subsea Structure Design Engineer

Role Overview

Design and analysis of subsea structures and systems, installation aids and seafastening design for offshore oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design of subsea structures using SACS and FEA software
• Seafastening design for offshore installation operations
• Manual calculations per API RP 2A WSD, AISC 9th Ed, DNV-OS-F101, API RP 1111
• Cooperation with pipeline, installation, operation, and geotechnical teams
• Provision of calculation notes and structural drawings
• MEng or BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 8+ years subsea structural design experience
• Proficiency in SACS and ABAQUS or FEA
• Knowledge of API RP 2A, AISC, DNV standards
• FPSO or subsea project experience essential
• Offshore wind experience a plus
