CCS Process Engineer - Carbon Capture Project

Role Overview

This is an strategic position based in Oslo / The Hague, working with Leading FPSO Operator. The role requires expertise in Carbon Capture, Post-combustion Capture, Amine Systems, CO2 Compression, CO2 Dehydration, Gas Processing. Full job description is available upon request.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities for FPSO projects
• Develop and review process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, heat & mass balances
• Perform process simulations using HYSYS, PRO/II or equivalent software
• Prepare equipment sizing calculations and process specifications
• Coordinate with other disciplines for process interface requirements
• Support HAZOP, HAZID and process safety reviews
• Review vendor proposals and data for process equipment
• Provide technical support during commissioning and start-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in oil & gas industry
• Proficiency in process simulation software (HYSYS, PRO/II, Aspen)
• Strong knowledge of API, ASME and process safety standards
• Experience with offshore processing facilities preferred
• Excellent technical writing and analytical skills
• Certification: Chemical Engineering Degree
