Process Engineer (Operations Support)

Role Overview

This is an strategic position based in Oslo / Singapore / The Hague, working with Leading FPSO Operator. The role requires expertise in Production Optimization, Debottlenecking, Management of Change, Operational Readiness, Process Simulation, HYSYS. Full job description is available upon request.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage FPSO project execution from engineering through to completion
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including process, structural, marine and E&I
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes and regulatory requirements
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Review and approve technical deliverables including drawings, specifications and procedures
• Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspectors
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget targets
• Prepare and present technical reports and project status updates
• Perform process simulation and modeling using HYSYS for facility design and optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FPSO/offshore projects
• Strong knowledge of offshore codes and standards (API, DNV, ABS)
• Proven track record in engineering phase of FPSO projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in multicultural project teams
• Certification: Chemical Engineering Degree
