Gas Processing Engineer

Role Overview

This is an high-priority position based in Singapore / Oslo / Jakarta, working with Leading FPSO Operator. The role requires expertise in Gas Processing, Gas Compression, Dehydration, NGL Recovery, HYSYS, Gas Export Pipeline. Full job description is available upon request.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead gas processing engineering for offshore/onshore facilities
• Develop process designs for gas treatment, dehydration, sweetening and NGL recovery
• Perform process simulations using HYSYS or equivalent software
• Prepare equipment sizing calculations and process specifications
• Support HAZOP and process safety reviews for gas processing systems
• Review vendor data and participate in equipment selection
• Coordinate with pipeline and utilities disciplines for gas system interfaces
• Provide technical support during commissioning and start-up

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of gas processing engineering experience
• Proficiency in HYSYS or equivalent process simulation software
• Experience with gas treatment, dehydration and NGL recovery processes
• Knowledge of API, GPSA and relevant industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
