Head of HSE — FPSO Project (China)

Role Overview

Provide HSEQ processes to assist all Business Units in meeting their HSSEQ objectives. Create operational processes from procedures/forms that align with corporate HSSEQ strategy and standards to provide a fully integrated management system consistent with regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish HSE requirements for the project
• Ensure compliance with Company HSE Policies
• Establish, maintain and implement project HSE Plan
• Supervise contractors HSE Plan implementation and verify compliance
• Maintain HSE statistics and report to Client and Production Management
• Advise Project Manager and project team on HSE matters
• Develop HSE induction and training programs
• Promote HSE awareness throughout the project
• ERT member (Company, Shipyard, Fabrication Yards, Client, third parties)
• Essential: Degree in Science/Engineering, 10+ years project experience, HSE/Quality standards knowledge
• Desirable: 7+ years offshore project experience, 10 years HSE leadership role
